Our approach

Lashes that work for how you actually live

A whisper, not a statement

The finest lash work disappears into the lash line. You notice the effect, not the extensions. That is the standard we hold.

Every lash, intentionally placed

Curl, length, and weight are chosen for your eye shape, not a menu. What looks extraordinary on one person looks wrong on another.

Wake up like this

Lashes that look effortless at 7am on a Tuesday are the ones done right. That is the result Kitty works toward, every appointment.

FAQ

Your questions answered

How do I look after my lash extensions at home?

Daily cleansing with a pH-balanced, oil-free cleanser is essential. Remove all makeup thoroughly and come to your appointments with clean, makeup-free lashes. We can only do so much in the studio. Consistent home care is what keeps your lashes healthy and your results lasting.

Can you develop an allergy to lash extensions over time?

Yes, you can. An allergy can develop at any point, whether it is your first appointment or your thirtieth. Once triggered, it is unlikely to resolve on its own, so it is always worth staying alert to any changes after your treatment.

How do I know if I am having an allergic reaction to lash extensions?

Itchiness and soreness are usually the first signs. Redness and swelling tend to follow within the first 24 hours. If you have experienced a reaction before, let your technician know prior to your appointment. If a reaction occurs after your visit, avoid rubbing your eyes, use eye drops to ease discomfort, and take an antihistamine. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention and contact your lash technician.

Which lash style suits me?

Everyone's eyes are different, so there is no one-size-fits-all answer. New clients receive a survey before their first appointment so we can understand your expectations going in. We then combine your desired result with a professional in-person assessment to make sure you leave satisfied.

How long should I wait between lash appointments?

The lash growth cycle runs every 6 to 8 weeks, though everyone's is slightly different. We recommend infills every 2.5 to 3 weeks to keep your lashes looking their best and to minimise time in the chair each visit. Lifestyle factors like exercise can affect retention, and your technician will assess this at each appointment.

Will lash extensions ruin my natural lashes?

No, not at all. Professional application means your natural lashes are gently separated and only lashed at the correct point in their growth cycle. At the end of every appointment, each lash is checked to make sure nothing is causing discomfort. When done properly, there is no damage to your natural lashes.
